Our Local Experts are continuing to offer valuations via video call apps such as WhatsApp, Skype or any of your preferred platforms. If you’re happy to have an in house valuation, we’re now offering safe and socially distanced appointments. You can upload your home to the market for free by following the BASIC post a property option. We also have the STANDARD and PREMIUM option which will advertise your property on local and a selected few international portals to get the maximum coverage. We then also offer the PREMIUM PLUS where agents will work at a fixed 1% commission rate.

Upon instruction, you’ll create your advert. If you choose a virtual valuation, then we’ll edit the photographs you provide to us and add floor plans where possible, followed by a well-crafted description. If you select an in home valuation, then we’ll gather these on our visit while following government safety guidelines. You can also add a Video Tour to your property listing so viewers can browse from the comfort of their own home. Your property will then be listed on Idialista, Rightmove, Fotocasa, Rentalia and CASA ABIERTA , and we’ll get a For Sale board up.

We’re now also offering at home viewing services – your Local Property Expert can give you more details on how we’re doing this safely. Alternatively, buyers can view a Video Tour on your property advert if one has been uploaded. Virtual or at home viewings can be booked using the portal by your buyers, and you can control the times you’re happy for them to happen by approving each one.
