Inspecciones de propiedad

La administración de la propiedad por parte de Casa Abierta asegura que su propiedad será inspeccionada regularmente por un miembro de nuestro equipo.

Ya sea que la propiedad se alquile con regularidad y tenga registros de entrada y salida regulares, o no, su propiedad estará en una rotación para que nuestro equipo la inspeccione.

Gestión básica de la propiedad

  • Tenencia segura de llaves
  • Esté de guardia o WhatsApp para cualquier problema potencial
  • Controles regulares de la propiedad a incluir; Ventilar la propiedad e inspeccionar ventanas, puertas y función de alarma
  • Descarga de inodoros, grifos abiertos y duchas
  • Compruebe si hay humedad y moho en el interior y el exterior.
  • Verifique las luces y la energía esté encendida
  • Compruebe si hay plagas y alimañas
  • Aconsejamos a todos los propietarios que tengan instalada una alarma de seguridad, junto con un detector de humo, que está conectado a la policía local y al cuerpo de bomberos. OBTENER PUBLICIDAD
  • Casa Abierta enviará un informe semanal con fotos si es necesario y cualquier consejo sobre reparaciones.

Emergency

En caso de que ocurra algo dentro de su propiedad en cualquier momento, se alertará a la compañía de alarmas y también a Casa Abierta.

Todo le será comunicado y se le avisará de cualquier zona de su propiedad que pueda requerir alguna obra.

    Does my RICS HomeBuyer Report include a valuation?

    Yes, all of our RICS HomeBuyer Reports include a valuation as standard.This will the Surveyor’s professional opinion as to the value of the property.

    How long does the process take?

    We aim to inspect the property within 2 – 3 days of being instructed.Once our Surveyor has undertaken the inspection, we will then aim to have the completed RICS HomeBuyer Report with you in 2 – 4 days.

    What parts of the property do you inspect?

    The Surveyor will inspect all internal parts and external parts of the property. Where applicable this includes; gardens, common areas, loft voids, cellars, pretty much any area that’s accessible to the Surveyor.

    Will you advise on the property repairs?

    Yes, the Surveyor will not only advise on the repairs that are required to the property, but he will also give an indication of the cost, ensuring that you’re fully informed pre-purchase.

    Will it include a reinstatement valuation?

    Yes, all of our RICS HomeBuyer Reports include a reinstatement cost valuation or price as standard.This will enable you to correctly and fully insure the property should you proceed with the purchase.
