Take a photograph of the defect you have located, this can be easily done with a digital camera or camera phone. Once you have taken the photograph, fill out a few very simple questions about the issue and the property on our contact form and press send!

Send us the Photographs

One of our experienced and qualified RICS Surveyors will now fully review the photographs, ask any questions they need to about the defect, location and the property to ascertain as much information about the defect as they need to give you a comprehensive response.

RICS Surveyor Response

Once our Surveyors have reached their determination they will provide you with a full written opinion as to the cause or the issue, recommended action to repair, a likely cost of repair and even a recommended contractor. We guarantee response within 24 hours!

      Yes, all of our RICS HomeBuyer Reports include a valuation as standard.This will the Surveyor’s professional opinion as to the value of the property.

      How long does the process take?

      We aim to inspect the property within 2 – 3 days of being instructed.Once our Surveyor has undertaken the inspection, we will then aim to have the completed RICS HomeBuyer Report with you in 2 – 4 days.

      What parts of the property do you inspect?

      The Surveyor will inspect all internal parts and external parts of the property. Where applicable this includes; gardens, common areas, loft voids, cellars, pretty much any area that’s accessible to the Surveyor.

      Will you advise on the property repairs?

      Yes, the Surveyor will not only advise on the repairs that are required to the property, but he will also give an indication of the cost, ensuring that you’re fully informed pre-purchase.

      Will it include a reinstatement valuation?

      Yes, all of our RICS HomeBuyer Reports include a reinstatement cost valuation or price as standard.This will enable you to correctly and fully insure the property should you proceed with the purchase.
